Why booking ahead pays
Caregivers' leave is known months in advance. Families who book cover early pay less and get someone vetted rather than whoever happens to be free. Send us the dates and we will diary them and remind you.

How quickly can you really find someone?
One to three days as a rule, sometimes same-day in the centre of the country. Within 24 hours if there are free candidates in your region.
Is the cover legal?
Yes. We verify the visa and the work permit for your licence zone and draw up a short-term contract. A worker without a permit is a fine waiting to happen for the family, so we do not list them.
Who does the handover?
We ask the permanent caregiver or the family to fill in a short note: routine, medication, what your parent likes and what frightens them. That removes most of the first-day friction.
